Temple History
The temple was built in 1759 by a devotee named Pinapotu Gajendrudu. The idol of Lord Venkateswara Swamy here is made from sandalwood, which is very rare and considered very divine. The temple was given lands and ornaments by many devotees in the past.
It is said that praying here and walking around the temple 11 times every Saturday for 7 weeks can make your wishes come true.
